1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Morphora platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Use License & Intellectual Property

When you generate an image using Morphora, you retain all ownership rights to the original content you uploaded. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Morphora grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide copyright license to download, copy, modify, distribute, perform, and use the generated output images, including for commercial purposes, provided that you have the right to use the original subject matter.

You may not:

• Use the service to generate harmful, illegal, or non-consensual explicit content.
• Attempt to reverse engineer the AI models or software.
• Use automated scripts or bots to access our API without an official Enterprise license.

3. Credits and Subscriptions

Morphora operates on a credit-based system. "Free Daily Credits" hold no real-world monetary value and expire daily if unused. Purchased credits or subscription plans are strictly non-refundable once the credits have been partially or fully consumed to generate digital assets.

4. Content Guidelines

As a user, you are solely responsible for the content you upload and the outputs you generate. Morphora explicitly forbids the generation of deepfakes, misinformation, hate speech, and copyrighted IP infringements. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found violating these safety guidelines.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Morphora makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. The results generated by AI are unpredictable by nature.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes via email or direct platform notification prior to the new terms taking effect.
