Refund Policy

1. Digital Goods and Services

Morphora provides access to digital services and AI compute resources (generations/credits). Due to the nature of digital goods and the immediate computational costs associated with generating artificial intelligence imagery, our refund policy is strictly limited.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

We may offer a full or partial refund under the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Accidental Subscription: You were charged immediately after forgetting to cancel a free trial, and you explicitly request a refund within 48 hours of the charge, provided that zero (0) credits have been used during the new billing cycle.
  • Technical Failure: The service is entirely non-functional or inaccessible for an extended period, preventing you from utilizing the credits you purchased.
  • Duplicate Charges: Your payment method was erroneously charged multiple times for a single transaction.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:

  • You have actively utilized your allocated credits to generate or process images during the billing cycle, as GPU computational costs are incurred instantly.
  • Dissatisfaction with the artistic quality or specific output of the generated images, as AI generation inherently involves subjectivity and unpredictability.
  • Account termination or suspension due to a violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., generating prohibited or explicit content).
  • Requests made after 14 days from the initial purchase date.

4. Subscriptions and Cancellations

You may cancel your ongoing subscription at any time via your Account settings or the Stripe billing portal. Canceling your subscription prevents future rebilling but does not trigger a refund for the current billing cycle. You will retain access to your allocated credits until the end of your current cycle.

5. How to Request a Refund

If you believe your situation qualifies for a refund based on the criteria above, please contact our support team immediately. Provide your associated account email, purchase date, and reason for the request.
